Making pemmican requires dehydrating meat. If you don't have a dehydrator, no worries! I'll teach you how to dehydrate meat in your home oven AND I'll walk you through step-by-step in video how to make and use a $10 DIY Cardboard Box dehydrator (I found these plans on the internet and I LOVE this dehydrator!)
