Mr. Caudill is a great instructor. His experience and wealth of knowledge come together with his great approach to the subject matter. This is money well spent. Also, I would also add that this is a great way to learn for me. Instead of taking a book and learning about a tree without knowing how to apply that knowledge, I can sit down in the evening and learn something that I can apply when I get out on the weekend. It provides a way to review as much and as often I need to.

All my life I have apparently been trying to make tree identification a lot more complex than it needs to be. Craig broke down how to identify the trees that I will most likely encounter in my excursions, and even better, ways to put them to use. As always by utilizing the information that I got from this course my outdoor experience is enriched and just a lot more satisfying.
